**Profile - CAD Draftsman**

Qualification - B.Tech - civil

Salary - Upto 4.2 Lac CTC

**Experience - Min. 3+ yrs (AutoCAD with advanced 2D and 3D drawing)**

**Location - Bangalore**

Proven experience as a CAD Draftsman, with a focus on structural drafting for buildings.

Familiarity with integrating MEP details into structural drawings.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to contribute to the development of

effective solutions.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a design team.
- Create precise layouts for precast panels, including walls, slabs, beams, columns,

and foundations.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and design requirements.
- Generate detailed structural drawings for cast-in-place (CIP) elements, adhering

to industry standards and project specifications.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate architectural and structural

components seamlessly.
- Incorporate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) details into both Precast

and CIP drawings following established guidelines.
- Collaborate with MEP specialists to ensure effective integration and

coordination.
- Provide timely and accurate progress reports to the Head of Design.
- Communicate project updates, milestones, and potential challenges to ensure a

smooth design process.
- Proactively identify and report potential issues in the drafting process.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
