**Position Overview**:
As a WordPress Web Designer Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our digital presence and enhancing the user experience of our website. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. You will collaborate with our skilled team members and gain hands-on experience in designing and developing responsive, visually appealing, and user-friendly websites on the WordPress platform.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Website Design: Create and implement visually striking website layouts, ensuring they align with our brand identity, target audience, and overall user experience.

WordPress Development: Utilize your knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress to customize and modify website themes, templates, and plugins to meet project requirements.

Content Management: Assist in managing website content, including creating and updating pages, blog posts, images, and multimedia elements.

User Experience (UX) Improvement: Analyze user behavior and feedback to suggest and implement improvements to the website's navigation, interface, and functionality.

Mobile Responsiveness: Ensure the website is fully optimized for mobile devices, tablets, and various screen sizes.

Cross-Browser Compatibility: Test and troubleshoot website functionality across different web browsers to guarantee a seamless user experience.

Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing, design, and development teams to align website updates with ongoing projects and marketing campaigns.

Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to website design and functionality promptly.

Research and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web design and WordPress development to propose innovative ideas.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Web Design, Computer Science, Graphic Design, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of web design principles, HTML, CSS, and WordPress.
- A strong eye for aesthetics, attention to detail, and a passion for creating visually engaging websites.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- A self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

**Duration and Compensation**:
This is a paid internship opportunity with a duration of 6 months. The intern will be compensated Rs. 1,500 per month stipend for their contributions. We also offer valuable mentorship, guidance, and the opportunity to build a portfolio of real-world projects.
