**Alternate Skills (if applicable)** : Amdocs CSM

**Production Support/SQL**

**Role purpose**:

- Application operation of Amdocs Switch,UPS and Amdocs CSM
- Solve incident & problem tickets and work orders from the 1st level and other departments
- Daily health checks with accuracy
- Able to put robust monitoring to catch issues at earliest
- Correction of erroneous data by manual intervention and workarounds
- Addressing, coordinating and tracking the removal of the causes of faults
- Should also accomplish on call support for system during peak times
- Should be able to handle job failures and provide quick workarounds
- Support migration of new & changed software, elaborate and perform production checks
