**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients in planning and booking their travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and other services.
- Manage ticketing processes with precision, including issuance, reissuance, and cancellations.
- Provide expert advice on travel routes, airline options, and visa requirements.
- Resolve booking issues and handle last-minute changes efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends and airline policies.
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in ticketing and travel advisory roles.
- Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of global travel destinations, airline systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo), and visa requirements.
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Certification in Travel and Tourism or relevant training is a plus.

Pay: ₹13,051.12 - ₹38,960.56 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
