Retubing Technician

**Position**:Retubing Technician

**Location**: Saudi Arabia

**Salary**:1200-1500+OT

Minimum 3 years experience required

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Retubing and Replacement**: Remove, replace, and inspect tubes in heat exchangers, condensers, boilers, and similar equipment to ensure proper operation.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of tubular equipment to prevent potential failures and extend lifespan.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure all retubing tasks meet company standards and manufacturer specifications, with high attention to detail.
- **Technical Support**: Assist in the preparation and analysis of blueprints and technical drawings to confirm accurate installation requirements.
- **Safety Compliance**: Follow all safety protocols during retubing activities to minimize risk and ensure a safe working environment.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other technicians and engineers to ensure equipment reliability and timely completion of tasks.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of all retubing work, including inspections, parts used, and procedures followed.
- **Troubleshooting**: Identify and resolve issues related to faulty or worn-out tubes, ensuring quick and effective solutions.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Retubing Technician or in a similar maintenance role, preferably in industries such as power generation, manufacturing, or oil & gas.
- Strong understanding of tubular equipment, heat exchangers, and related systems.
- Experience with tools and techniques used for tube removal, replacement, and inspection (e.g., tube expanders, cutters, etc.).

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
