**About the Role**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our team within the Marketing Digital Transformation organization. In this role, you will leverage your analytical skills, machine learning knowledge, statistical acumen and Gen AI-proficiency to uncover insights from marketing data and drive data-informed decision-making across campaigns, customer engagement, and digital experiences.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Design and analyze experiments, including A/B testing frameworks, to support marketing optimization efforts.
- Build, evaluate and deploy predictive models using Python and associated data science libraries
- Develop reproducible data science workflows and analysis in Jupyter Notebooks
- Translate complex data findings into actionable insights via compelling stories told over dashboards and visualizations
- Collaborate with marketing strategists, campaign managers, and other cross-functional stakeholders to define data needs and deliver impactful solutions
- Support our segmentation leads by performing targeted data analysis, identifying meaningful customer patterns, and contributing to the development and refinement of audience segments
- Work with structured and unstructured data; design and manage efficient data pipelines and database structures
- Evaluate data quality and propose improvements, including data cleaning strategies, enhanced data collection methods, and other initiatives to ensure reliable and actionable data.
- Collaborate closely with visualization engineers and data engineers to ensure seamless integration of data workflows, visualizations, and scalable data infrastructure.
**Key Qualifications**:
**Education & Experience**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Data Science role, preferably with a focus on marketing or customer analytics
**Technical and Human Skills**:
- Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning
- Solid understanding of frameworks such as regression analysis, classification models, time series analysis, explainable ML/AI (e.g. SHAP), A/B testing, and experimental design
- Proficiency with SQL and strong understanding of data structures and databases
- Experience with Jupyter Notebooks is required; AWS Cloud Services/Snowflake experience is a plus (SageMaker, s3, Athena, Lambda )
- Experience with Tableau or similar dashboarding/BI tool
- Knowledge of how to integrate Generative AI tools into data science workflows to enhance productivity, creativity, and insight generation
- Advanced professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, business-oriented, data-driven environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present and engage with non-technical stakeholders
