Structured hybrid role:
Introduction:
Provide regional leadership for all risk & compliance activities in Storage and Backup estate in APAC.
Drive risk reduction through governance of technology & cyber controls like Identity & access management, security configuration, LMA (logging, monitoring & alerting), cryptography, backups, support management, resilience & vulnerability management across Storage and Backup platforms. The role also require interaction with internal and external Auditors.

What will you be doing?

build a robust security framework for Storage and Backup technology.
- Coordinate with SME’s to review, drive & implement the industry security best practices for Storage and Backup technologies.
- Drives the definition of the Storage and Backup Services: controls, risk appetite and mitigation, reporting and metrics for external and internal audit, attestations etc.
- Interfaces and influences stakeholders of Enterprise Foundations Platforms, including internal and external auditors, Central risk functions and business units to deliver control requirements and agree roadmaps
- Represents the Storage and Backup Products to internal and external teams including Engineering, Architecture, Group Risk, Group Security, and BCM. Ensure planned changes to sister IS services and architectures are in line with the Storage and Backup risk and compliance roadmap, and vice versa
- Guide and matrix-manage multiple Barclay’s teams to deliver the Storage and Backup risk and compliance agenda
- Provides regional leadership presence for Storage and Backup Risk and Compliance and the wider Enterprise Foundation Platforms team.
- Document waiver & breaches for risk gaps in technology & cyber controls & track the remediation of the breach actions as per the SLA agreed with CCO(Chief Control Office) team.
- Document., maintain and report of Storage and Backup risk and vulnerability position across all defined internal and external risk and governance boards.

What we’re looking for:

- Good knowledge of security implementation including access management, cryptography, backups, resilience, and vulnerability management for infrastructure technologies
- Experience in managing internal and external audit requirements
- Lead, driving the implementation of controls across infrastructure, with delivery requirements from multiple infrastructure technologies
- Has the ability to impact assess controls standards, identifies and rates risks, driving remediation to a satisfactory control appetite.
- Management of Infrastructure risk and control environments including documenting and remediating risk
- Any graduate.
- Graduate in Engineering or equivalent.

Skills that will help you in the role:

- Experienced in the use Risk Management toolsets
- IT Industry Technology Risk Accreditation (CISSP, CRISC, CISA)
- Working knowledge of Enterprise Storage, Backup and Archive products.
- Tableau reporting
