Graphics Designer

**Position Title**: Figma and Graphics Designer

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a talented Figma and Graphics Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs for digital and print media using Figma and other graphic design tools. You will collaborate closely with the design, marketing, and product teams to produce engaging content that aligns with the brand’s vision and delivers a seamless user experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Creation and Collaboration**:

- Use Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, UI/UX designs, and high-fidelity visuals for web, mobile, and other digital platforms.
- Design engaging graphics, logos, icons, social media posts, banners, and print materials such as brochures, flyers, and posters.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure designs meet project requirements, user needs, and brand guidelines.
- **UI/UX Design**:

- Create interactive prototypes and user flows to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Work with the development team to ensure design consistency and quality across all digital platforms.
- **Brand Consistency**:

- Ensure that all designs align with the brand’s identity, vision, and values across various channels.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system and library in Figma, ensuring that all team members can easily access and contribute to the design process.
- Review and refine designs to maintain a high standard of quality while ensuring that all visuals reflect the company’s brand guidelines.
- **Design Iteration and Feedback**:

- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and users into design iterations, making adjustments as needed to improve the final output.
- Collaborate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design solutions for different projects.
- Conduct design reviews with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet expectations and user needs.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and stakeholders, effectively communicating ideas and gathering feedback.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
- **Stay Current with Design Trends**:

- Keep up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies, and continuously improve skills to create modern, innovative designs.
- Explore new design tools, techniques, and methodologies to enhance the design process.
- **File Management and Asset Organization**:

- Maintain organized design files and project documentation in Figma and other design platforms.
- Ensure that design assets are prepared for developers and other stakeholders, ensuring all files are clearly labeled and easy to access.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, UI/UX design, or a similar role, preferably with experience using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- **Skills**:

- Strong proficiency in Figma, including designing prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
- Proficiency with other graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles, including user research, wireframing, and interaction design.
- Knowledge of web design standards, responsive design, and mobile-first design strategies.
- Ability to produce high-quality design work within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position with flexibility for remote work or hybrid work arrangements.

Pay: ₹9,794.06 - ₹33,813.83 per month
