**Role: Trainee - Helpdesk**
**Years of experience**:0 to 1 Year
**Location**:India(Noida)
**Joining Availability**:Immediate or less than a week

**Job Exposure and Skills Required**:

- Excel reporting, preparation of excel reports, dashboard (using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word) and Internet savvy.
- ** Ready to work in a rotational 24x5 shift schedule across JP, UK, US shift timings.**:

- Should take ownership of the assigned work, should be Assertive and coordinate well with members within and outside the team.
- English communication skills should be good.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables at the same time.
- Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.
- Must be result oriented, and demonstrate a can-do attitude - adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness.

**Qualifications**
- Graduate (BCA, BCom, BSc, BBA)
