We are hiring for the " OPERATION EXECUTIVE " Profile. Location - B-83, Mangolpuri Industrial Area, - Phase-II, New Delhi-110034 - Gender - BOTH - Timings: 9:30- 6:30 pm - Salary - 18 - 25k per month - Nearest Metro Station: Peeragarhi - Experience : minimum 1 year, Expert in Excel. - Walk In Interview - 19sept - 21 sept, 10 am - 3pm. - Job & Responsibilities: **Operations Executive, your duties and responsibilities may include**: - Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems to improve overall organizational performance and profitability - Identify and analyze process bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency - Monitor and measure the effectiveness of existing processes and systems and make necessary changes - Create and manage budgets, and ensure that operations are within budget constraints. - Manage and lead cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives - Create and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies - Monitor and analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and make recommendations to upper management. - Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of operations - Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. - Continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization’s processes and systems - Advance Excel, Admin Experience, Coordinator, Cost Sheet, should be multi tasking.
