**Job Title**: SEO Executive

**Location**: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh (On-site)

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month
**Schedule**: Monday to Saturday | Day Shift

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and execute SEO strategies** to improve website rankings and visibility.
- Conduct **keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits** to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize **website content, meta tags, images, and landing pages** for better search rankings.
- Perform **on-page and off-page SEO**, including link-building and outreach strategies.
- Monitor and analyze website **traffic, rankings, and performance metrics** using tools like **Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush**.
- Stay updated with **search engine algorithm changes** and implement necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with the **content and development teams** to implement SEO best practices.
- Manage **local SEO efforts** (Google My Business, business listings, and citations).
- Assist in **SEO and PPC campaigns**, ensuring budget efficiency and performance tracking.
- Conduct **A/B testing and analyze SEO data** for performance improvement.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 6 months - 2 years in SEO or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in **SEO tools** (Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.).
- Strong understanding of **search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and link-building techniques**.
- Basic knowledge of **HTML, CSS, and JavaScript** for technical SEO implementation.
- Familiarity with **WordPress and other CMS platforms**.
- Ability to conduct **website audits, backlink analysis, and competitor research**.
- Strong **analytical and problem-solving skills**.
- Up-to-date with **Google updates and SEO trends**.
- Knowledge of **local SEO and Google My Business optimization**.
- Excellent **written and verbal communication skills**.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in **Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field** (preferred but not mandatory).
