Location : Poonamalli, Chennai

- **JOB DESCRIPTION**

1. Accounts Funnel to be prepared and sent it to HOD on every day with today's work and also yesterday work completion.This report can also have future activity data.

2. Collect the Purchase invoices up to 28th of every month on 30th of every month, and 28th to 31st purhcase invoices to be collect on or before 1st of every month from the Stores & Purhcase team and handover it to Accounts executive for tally entry.

3. Petty cash vouchers rechecking for monthly internal audit on or before 5th of every month.

4. Credit Card statement checking to be done by the end of every month, accordignly the voucher to be made for the same and handover it to Accounts Executive for the Tally entry purpose for the P&L meet purposes.

5. Maintaining Petty Cash -Hiacc & Cascade (both the companies)

6. Writing Petty Cash Vouchers (Day to Day Exp, Salary,Reimbrusement,Transport etc) - Hiacc & Cascade

7. ICICI Statement bills checking and writing Voucher for the same

8. Cascade Reimbrusement Workings as per Guidelines given by Accounts Executive

9. Cascade Monthly Expenses workings (Tea,Food,Laundry,TA)as per Guidelines given by Accounts Executive

10. Cascade Petty Cash Workings as per the cash availability

11. Cascade - Pugazh sir Reimbrusement Voucher writing - Gmail Rental Charges

12. Invoice making in excell,Proforma Invoice making in excell ,E-Way Bill Generating in protal - Hiacc & Casacade

13. Visiting Bank for any realted support for HIACC & Cascade.

**Salary**: From ₹10,000.00 per month

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer support: 5 years (preferred)
- Service Coordination: 5 years (preferred)
