Introduction:

- An exciting new opportunity for a Product Owner who will report to the Chief Product Owner to execute the strategy, development and delivery of the critical Wholesale Customer Onboarding workflow and analytics Product in a newly established Agile transformation environment.
- You will work closely with the Accountable Executive and Business Architecture to deliver key strategic business outcomes within the Product strategy and roadmap aligned to the Product vision
- As Product Owner you will own backlog management and prioritisation plus focus on Product through E2E delivery
- You will be expected to build and leverage internal/external data insights to inform stakeholders on Product performance and development opportunities to help inform Product Strategy and roadmap.
- Working as part of a new department, you will be integral to shaping working practices from the outset as we strive to achieve “best in class” performance

What will you be doing?
- Working with the Chief Product Owner to Build, manage, prioritise and maintain the Product backlog
- Developing and maintaining a framework for backlog prioritisation in line with changing business priorities and key business outcomes
- Defining/Documenting/Owning Business requirements/epics
- Shaping, leading and directing feature team(s) comprising of scrum leads, business analysts, engineering, business readiness and users to deliver key Product features in line with the Product vision and business priority
- Implementation of key Agile/SCRUM frameworks and methodologies
- Overseeing the delivery and implementation of all change related to the Product with a focus on Product quality through the Product lifecycle including UAT and release management
- Working with the Chief Product Owner to deliver key business benefits against the agreed strategic business outcomes
- Generation of key Product data to inform stakeholders on product performance, key data trends and backlog movements
- Working with the WCOB workflow and Analytics Chief Product Owner to define product vision and roadmap in partnership with Business Strategy and Business Accountable Executives
- Owns resolution of Production Issues working in partnership with Product development
- Regular communication and presentation of solutions and issues to all stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

- Experience of Product Ownership in an Agile transformation environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills with proven ability of leading and motivating others whilst working cross functionally
- Previous experience building, managing, prioritising and maintaining Product backlogs
- Experience generating presentations and MI containing key Product data to inform stakeholders on product performance, key data trends and backlog movements
- Experienced in workflow solutions/technologies
- Experience collaborating with Business users to understand their needs and translate them into product requirements
- Experience of partnering closely with both operations and technology to deliver key functionality aligned to business outcomes
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and driving multiple stakeholders towards a common goal
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, verbal and written
