**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce products/services.
- Handle inbound customer queries and provide relevant information.
- Generate and qualify leads through effective communication.
- Follow up with customers to ensure conversion and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign improvements.
- Address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Confidence in handling customer objections and closing deals.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Patience and ability to handle rejection.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a team player.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
- Fluency in english language (a plus).
