**Position**: Helpdesk Technician - Network Support
**Location**: Solan, Himachal Pradesh
**Salary**: 18K to 20K Per Month
**Experience**: 1-3 years in a technical support/helpdesk environment.
**Qualification**: Diploma / Bachelor's (IT/Computer Science)
**Skills**:
Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, and routing/switching.
Experience with monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Zabbix, PRTG, or similar).

- We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Helpdesk Technician with NMS experience to support our IT infrastructure and monitor network performance.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Help Desk Support**:
Serve as the first point of contact for internal/external users experiencing technical or network-related issues.
Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests via the IT ticketing system.
Provide support for LAN/WAN connectivity, wireless access, VPN, and VoIP systems.
**NMS Monitoring**:
Use NMS tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG, Zabbix) to monitor network performance, availability, and alerts.
Acknowledge, investigate, and escalate network alarms and outages as needed.
Maintain and update network dashboards and reports.
**Troubleshooting & Diagnostics**:
Perform basic troubleshooting (e.g., ping, traceroute, port checks).
Work with other teams to identify root causes of network-related issues.
**Documentation & Reporting**:
Document known issues and solutions in a knowledge base.
Assist in maintaining up-to-date network diagrams and documentation.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
