**JOB DECRIPTION FOR DRIVER**

**Job Title: Driver**

**Department**: Administration

**Reporting To**: HR Manager
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Job Purpose**:
To drive company vehicle safely for office work or other, and staff transport. Maintain the vehicle in clean and good condition.

**Main Responsibilities**:
**1. Driving**:

- Drive safely as per instructions.
- Drop and pick up staff or others on time.
- Follow traffic rules always.

**2. Vehicle Maintenance**:

- Keep vehicle clean (inside and outside).
- Check oil, water, tyre, brakes daily.
- Inform if any repair or problem in vehicle.

**3. Documents & Records**:

- Keep driving license and vehicle papers safe and updated.
- Maintain trip record book (KM, fuel, date, place).

**4. Other Duties**:

- Help with loading/unloading materials if needed.
- Deliver or collect office items, documents, etc.
- Obey supervisor or manager instructions.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Driving License (LMV).
- Minimum 10 years of driving experience.
- Knowledge of local routes.
- No drinking, smoking, or misbehaviour during duty.
- Should be honest, punctual, and polite.
- Age : 35 to 45

**Working Time**:

- As per company timing.
- May need to work extra hours or Sundays (if required).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
