We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Counselor to join our team at I-Tech System. As a Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding prospective students towards the right educational path, providing support, and ensuring a positive learning experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conducting one-on-one counseling sessions with potential students to understand their career goals, educational background, and interests.
- Providing detailed information about our IT training programs, courses, and certification options to prospective students.
- Assessing individual needs and recommending appropriate training programs to help students achieve their career objectives.
- Addressing inquiries, concerns, and doubts from prospective students and their families.
- Collaborating with the admissions team to facilitate a smooth enrollment process for students.
- Maintaining accurate and updated records of counseling sessions and student interactions.
- Organizing and participating in events, workshops, and seminars to promote our training programs and reach a wider audience.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in counseling or advising, preferably in an educational or career counseling setting.
- Familiarity with the IT industry and a strong understanding of various IT training programs and certifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in an IT training institute or related educational institution.
- Certification in counseling or career advising.
- Knowledge of various educational assessment tools and methodologies.

**Salary**: ₹8,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
