**Responsibilities**:

- Web Design and Optimization:Design visually appealing and intuitive web graphics, layouts, and user interfaces to enhance the overall user experience.

Optimize web designs to ensure fast loading times and seamless navigation across different devices and browsers.
- Front-end Development Skills:Demonstrate proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript to implement dynamic and interactive elements on web pages.

Utilize HTML frameworks such as Bootstrap to create well-structured and mobile-friendly web designs.
- Design Tools Proficiency:Utilize design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.) to create high-quality mockups and prototypes.
- Responsive Design and Cross-Browser Compatibility:Implement responsive design principles and ensure web designs are compatible with various screen sizes and devices.

Conduct thorough testing to guarantee cross-browser compatibility.
- Website Maintenance and Updates:Continuously improve and maintain existing websites, ensuring they remain up-to-date, visually appealing, and functional.
- Industry Awareness and Innovation:Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in web design and development.

Implement cutting-edge solutions to enhance the performance and aesthetics of our web projects.
- Collaboration:Collaborate with the development team and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the final product.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Web Designer.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, with a strong understanding of front-end technologies.
- Familiarity with HTML frameworks such as Bootstrap for creating mobile-friendly designs.
- Expertise in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.).
- Solid grasp of responsive design principles and mobile-first approaches.
- Familiarity with web development skills like PHP will be considered a plus.
