You will be working closely with business and technology stakeholders to help ensure Agile / Scrum practices are followed across the division

**Responsibilities**

In this role, you will be working with teams to support product delivery using industry best practices, solution design, and creating long term value to our customers
- Act as a servant leader to the Agile team
- Educate teams to get the most out of scaled agile practices and values
- Maintain relevant metrics that help the team see how they are doing, and coach them towards improvement, self-organization and cross-functionality.
- Guide the team to consistently deliver customer value, helping to manage risks, impediments, and dependencies within the team
- Facilitate Scrum events such as Daily Stand-ups, Iteration Planning, Iteration Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Work with Product Owners and Product Managers to ensure that features and user stories are prioritized and understood by everyone on the team
- Work with Scrum Masters, Technical Leads, and Agile Coaches to increase the effectiveness of Scaled Agile across the organization

**What We’re Looking For**
- Team-first, servant leader mentality
- 3-5 years’ experience being Scrum Master on multiple Scrum teams in a variety of different contexts (different team sizes, different organizations, different cultures, co-located vs. distributed, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of relevant agile metrics and charts (e.g. burndown, velocity, burnup, CFD) and ability to interpret them and provide appropriate guidance and coaching to the team
- Analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands with mínimal supervision
- Self-starter that is hungry, eager to learn new concepts and technologies to resolve complex issues
- Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on sprint/task details while maintaining the “big picture” product/release view
- Proven verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively to customers, managers and technical staff
- Basic knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC)

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Certified SAFe Scrum Master or other relevant SAFE or Scrum/Agile certifications
- Agile Project Management tools such as story maps, epics, user stories, release planning, Kanban boards, relative sizing estimation techniques, velocity tracking, as well as tracking burndown and burnup charts
- Project Management software such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Workfront, Rally, VersionOne or Microsoft Project
- Managed a project team utilizing popular Agile frameworks, such as Scrum and Kanban. For Scrum, have experience leading Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Daily Scrums
