**Job Title**: Marketing Trainee

**Location**: Hyderabad (On-Site)
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000/month
**Reports To**: Marketing Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**:

- Identify and generate new business leads through various marketing channels and strategies.
- **Distributor Engagement**:

- Visit and engage with distributors to develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships.
- **Campaign Execution**:

- Assist in executing and monitoring marketing campaigns to drive brand visibility and engagement.
- **Sales Support**:

- Provide marketing materials and support the sales team in closing deals.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct research to gather insights about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- **Client Communication**:

- Regularly visit clients and distributors to ensure their satisfaction, address any concerns, and build long-term relationships.
- **Performance Reporting**:

- Monitor, track, and report on campaign performance, lead generation, and key metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Any degree (preferably in Marketing, Business, or related fields).
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- **Experience**:

- Preferred 0-1 year of experience in marketing or sales (freshers are welcome).
- **Knowledge**:

- Basic understanding of market research and sales processes.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Type**:

**Pay**:

- ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month
