**About the Role**

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Expert with hands-on experience in Shopify to join our marketing team in Gurgaon. The role requires a strong understanding of SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical), geo-targeting/local SEO, and content-led SEO (blogs, articles) to drive organic growth, improve SERP rankings, and scale revenue through organic channels.

**Key ResponsibilitiesSEO Strategy & Execution**
- Develop and implement on-page & off-page SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify high-intent keyword opportunities.
- Optimize product pages, collections, blogs, and other landing pages for rankings.

**Technical SEO**
- Manage Shopify-specific SEO tasks: URL optimization, redirects, site speed, schema markup, crawlability.
- Monitor and resolve technical issues (indexation, duplicate content, broken links, etc.).
- Ensure Core Web Vitals and mobile SEO best practices are consistently met.

**Geo/Local SEO**
- Build and execute geo-targeting strategies for top metro markets and regional expansion.
- Optimize Google My Business and local listings to improve regional discoverability.
- Drive city-specific visibility for branded and non-branded searches.

**Blog & Content SEO**
- Develop a blog content strategy aligned with target keywords, search intent, and brand voice.
- Collaborate with content writers to produce SEO-optimized blogs that rank for high-volume, long-tail, and geo-specific keywords.
- Build internal linking strategies (blogs ↔ products) to improve traffic flow and conversions.
- Track and report blog performance (traffic, rankings, conversions) and refine strategy based on insights.

**Link Building & Authority Growth**
- Acquire high-quality backlinks through outreach, PR, and partnerships.
- Monitor backlink profile health and resolve toxic/spammy links.

**Analytics & Reporting**
- Track KPIs (traffic, rankings, CTR, conversions) using GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush.
- Create geo-level + blog-level performance reports with actionable insights.
- Provide monthly ROI-based reporting with growth opportunities highlighted.

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of proven SEO experience in E-commerce / D2C brands.
- Strong understanding of Shopify SEO and technical SEO best practices.
- Hands-on experience in content-led SEO (blogs/articles) & geo-targeting.
- Proficiency in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GSC, GA4).
- Ability to research, plan, and scale blog-driven organic traffic funnels.
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills.
