Faculty (Physiotherapy)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**: Assist in developing, reviewing, and updating the course curriculum in line with the UGC and regulatory standards.
- **Student Mentorship**: Guide and mentor students, fostering their academic growth and professional development in the field of Physiotherapy.
- **Research & Development**: Encourage and assist students in research projects, and contribute to academic research within the Physiotherapy discipline.
- **Clinical Exposure**: Provide hands-on clinical training, ensuring students gain practical, real-world experience.

**Examination & Assessment**:

- Participate in the preparation of examinations, grading, and evaluation of student performance.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Assist in administrative responsibilities, departmental meetings, and other academic-related tasks.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) or Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) from a recognized institution.
- At least 3-5 years of teaching and/or clinical experience in Physiotherapy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of current trends, methodologies, and teaching techniques in Physiotherapy.
- Commitment to student success and holistic development.

**Preferred**:

- Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) preferred.
- Additional certifications or qualifications related to specific physiotherapy specializations (e.g., Orthopedic Physiotherapy, Neurological Physiotherapy, etc.) will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
