**Quality Control Inspector Description**:
1. Raw Material Receiving & Inspection (CK)
- Inspect incoming raw materials (vegetables, meat, dairy, dry goods) for quality, specifications, and packaging integrity.
- Conduct physical, chemical, and sensory tests where applicable.
- Maintain raw material receiving checklist.

2. Personal Hygiene & Compliance Checks
- Inspect staff for personal hygiene (uniform, PPE, grooming).
- Record and report non-compliance.

3. Process & Production Monitoring
- Monitor preparation process, verify CCPs (temperature, storage, allergen handling).
- Ensure SOPs are followed in all stages.

4. Cleaning & Sanitation Checks
- Verify cleaning schedules, inspect food contact surfaces and equipment.
- Check pest control devices (fly catchers, glue pads) and facility conditions.

5. Sensory Evaluation
- Taste and visually check food batches before dispatch.

6. Record Keeping & Reporting
- Maintain hygiene, cleaning, CCP monitoring, and receiving logs.
- Report non-compliances and ensure corrective actions are taken.

7. Dispatch & Storage Monitoring
- Check packaging, labeling, temperature, and FIFO before dispatch.

8. On-Site Visit Responsibilities
- Visit client sites to monitor food safety compliance.
- Verify and audit records maintained at site.
- Conduct safety & risk assessments for both client and staff.
- Identify hazards and recommend preventive measures.

9. RCA & CAPA Preparation
- Investigate defects, customer complaints, and audit findings.
- Prepare RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Action) reports on a regular basis.
- Follow up on CAPA implementation.

10. Training & Communication
- Conduct training for CK and site staff on hygiene, food safety, and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with vendors and the operations team for issue resolution.

**Qualification : Post Graduation or Graduation from Food Technology**

**Experience : 1 to 3 years**

**Salary : 30k to 35k**
