**Responsibilities**:

- **Design & Development**:

- Develop architectural designs from concept to completion, incorporating client requirements and project objectives.
- Design development from concept design to working drawing incorporating services like MEP structure ,etc
- Create detailed architectural drawings, plans
- **Technical Documentation & Compliance**:

- Produce comprehensive construction documents, including specifications, schedules, and details.
- Ensure all designs comply with local, state, and national building codes and regulations.
- **Project Coordination & Management**:

- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions that meet their expectations.
- Address client inquiries and provide regular project updates.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Diploma degree in Architecture.
- 5above years of professional experience in architectural design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD,
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Portfolio demonstrating a variety of architectural projects.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sarvodaya Enclave, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
