**Job Role**:
As a Sales and Marketing Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team to identify business opportunities, reach out to potential clients, and drive the promotion of our services. You will be involved in market research, lead generation, customer communication, and assisting with sales presentations and pitches. This internship will offer practical experience in sales processes and marketing strategies within the technology and service industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify and research potential clients for our various services.
- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to assist with the development of effective sales strategies.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Help manage and maintain customer databases, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent communication.
- **Promotional Activities**: Assist in organizing and promoting events, campaigns, or product launches to attract potential clients.
- **Reporting**: Monitor and report on lead status, conversions, and sales performance.

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- Strong communication skills in both **Tamil** and **English**.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and potential customers.
- Basic understanding of the sales cycle and customer relationship management.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
- Enthusiasm to learn and contribute to team goals.
- No prior experience necessary - freshers are encouraged to apply.
