**Key Responsibilities**:

- **File Preparation and Submission**:

- Review and verify client documents for accuracy and completeness.
- **Client Communication**:

- **Compliance and Quality Control**:

- **Coordination with External Parties**:

- Liaise with embassy officials, legal representatives, and other external agencies as needed.
- Monitor changes in immigration laws and promptly update processes accordingly.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in law, business, or related fields).
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience in visa processing, immigration, or related fields.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of visa filing processes for Canada, UK, USA, Australia, and Europe.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and visa management software.
- **Other Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with immigration laws and policies.
- Ability to handle sensitive client information with confidentiality.
