Responsibilities and Duties

Working knowledge of plans, prints, specifications and schematics associated with trade.

Must have in-depth knowledge in Autocad or Revit design software.

Capable of preparing drawings from concept until finishing.

Good knowledge in Building Utilities.

Familiar with byelaws, Industry standards.

Should have good understanding for the above said requirements and must be willing to coordinate with site teams.

Preparation of BOQs and specification for the design proposed.

Should be proactive and able to work independently.

Making site visits to check on actual execution as per working drawings.

Travel to meet clients as and when required.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years with excellent experience in Revit MEP/ AutoCAD

Overall understanding of CIVIL & ARCHITECTURAL systems.

Previous experience in commercial building design is preferred.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.

- Diploma (preferred)
