We are looking for a Briquette Machine Operator to join our team to ensure consistency of production and to increase production.

**Designation : BRIQUETTE MACHINE OPERATOR.**

**Qualification : SSLC OR +2 ( ANY UNDER GRADUATION OR DIPLOMA OR ITI IF YOU ARE INTERESTED ).**
**( PG HOLDERS DO NOT APPLY ).**

**Experience : Fresher ( ADDITIONAL TRAINING WILL BE GIVEN ).**

**SALARY : 16K - 18K Per Month.**

**GENDER : Male Only.**

**Location : Dharapuram, Tirupur.**

**Notice Period : Immediate Joiner.**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Operate machines and equipment to dehydrate, pulverize, mix, and mold ingredients to produce fuel briquettes: Shovels or empties sacks of materials into hoppers or bins, or starts elevator-conveyors.
- Start conveyors, rotary drier, mixers, pulverizer, mixing augers, and compressing machines.
- Inspects briquettes and adjusts flow of materials to produce briquettes of specified dimensions.
- Tends equipment to dry, mix, and compress copper fines into briquettes for use by smelter: Starts belt conveyors that automatically feed mixture from wet-bin hopper to heated rotary dryer.
- Turning valve to set burner at specified temperature.
- Open valve to add binding solution to obtain mixture of required consistency.
- Turn valve to feed mixture into press to form briquettes.
- Oils and greases equipment, using oilcan and grease gun.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**:

- Follow Safety Procedures When Working At Heights.
- Perform Minor Repairs To Equipment.
- Ensure Compliance With Environmental Legislation.
- Operate Hydraulic Machinery Controls.
- Attention To Detail.
- Guide Cranes.
- Follow Verbal Instructions.

**Ability to commute / Relocate**:

- Tirupur, Tamilnadu : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work ( Required )
