**Key Responsibilities**:
**Data Management**

Collect, validate, and maintain data related to manpower deployment, incidents, and operations during the night shift.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity for timely reporting.

**Report Generation**:
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly QRT reports, highlighting key metrics and trends.

Prepare customized reports for management, focusing on operational efficiency and security performance.

**Data Analysis**:
Analyze data to identify patterns, anomalies, and areas for improvement in security operations.

Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance service delivery.

**Collaboration**:
Coordinate with field teams to gather real-time data and feedback on operations.

Work closely with the operations team to ensure data-driven decision-making.

**System Maintenance**:
Assist in maintaining and updating the MIS system to ensure it meets the organization's needs.

Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to data management systems.

**Compliance and Standards**:
Ensure all reporting practices adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate.
- Proficiency in generating QRT reports and other analytical reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with MIS software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work from Office is mandatory

Shift: Night Shift only.

Office Timing: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Monday to Saturday - 6 days working.

Sunday fixed off.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (required)
