**Job Title: Sales Coordinator (B2B, Product-Based)**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and decision-making potential.
- Maintain and manage CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Schedule discovery calls, product demos, and meetings for the sales team.
- Coordinate and participate in client calls to understand requirements and present tailored product solutions.
- Prepare and send sales proposals, product datasheets, pricing quotes, and other documentation.
- Serve as the liaison between prospects and internal technical/product teams for complex queries.
- Assist in pricing discussions, commercial negotiations, and contract drafting in alignment with internal policies.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and handover to customer success or support team’s post-closure.
- Generate and analyse weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, and conversion rates.
- Support sales team in achieving targets and optimizing the end-to-end sales workflow.
**Key Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales coordination, business development, or inside sales—preferably in a product-based company.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, especially for technical or complex products.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Indiamart)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Pay: ₹18,890.83 - ₹25,446.99 per month
