- Collaborate with reporters, producers, and editors to understand story requirements and visual needs.
- Set up and manage lighting and sound equipment to ensure optimal recording conditions.
- Capture compelling and relevant footage in a fast-paced environment, often under tight deadlines.
- Review and edit video content, providing raw footage to the editing team when necessary.
- Maintain and troubleshoot camera and sound equipment, ensuring it is always in working order.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in video production.
- Adhere to all safety and operational guidelines while on location.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a cameraman or in a similar role within a news or media organization.
- Proficient in operating various types of cameras and video equipment.
- Strong understanding of video production techniques and equipment maintenance.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A degree in Film, Communications, Broadcasting, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- A valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel for assignments.

**Skills**:

- Strong visual storytelling abilities.
- Attention to detail and a creative eye for framing shots.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
- Basic editing skills are a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
