R&D for all kinds of paint / coating systems within regulatory frame work and consumer expectations. Keep updates on coating technology.

*Testing and characterization of products using appropriate measurement techniques and should have hands of experience in paint formulation.

*Providing technical support and guidance to customers.

*Support Head R&D to execute and coordinate for innovation projects.

*Testing of raw material samples from new vendors.

*Carrying out production of trial batches & its standardization.

*Improvement and cost reduction of products.

*To help in trouble shooting the production team and monitoring QC to maintain specifications.

*Development of shades, shade matching and color data base management.

*Handling of product complaints & root cause analysis.

*Co-ordinate with Production, FG & RM stores, for non-conformance of products & corrective actions if any
