**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the library, including cataloging, circulation, and maintenance of the collection.
- Support the implementation of the IB curriculum by providing relevant resources and collaborating with teachers.
- Teach information literacy skills to students, including research methods, critical thinking, and proper citation practices.
- Develop and maintain a diverse and current collection of books, periodicals, and digital resources that support the IB program.
- Promote a love of reading and lifelong learning through reading programs, book clubs, and other library activities.
- Assist students and staff in locating and using library resources effectively.
- Collaborate with teachers to integrate library resources into classroom instruction and support inquiry-based learning.
- Stay current with trends in library science, educational technology, and the IB curriculum.
- Organize and manage library events, author visits, and other programs to enhance the library experience.
- Maintain an inviting and inclusive library environment that supports a diverse student population.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the school administration.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Library Science, Information Science, or a related field.
- Certification or licensure as a school librarian.
- Experience with the International Baccalaureate (IB) program preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
