**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Business Development**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive developments.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

2. **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and requirements.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Regularly engage with clients to upsell additional products or services and ensure client satisfaction and retention.

3. **Sales Presentations and Demonstrations**:

- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our packaging solutions.
- Tailor sales pitches to address the specific needs and preferences of each client, highlighting our unique value proposition.

4. **Sales Pipeline Management**:

- Manage the sales pipeline effectively, tracking leads, opportunities, and activities in CRM software.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner, nurturing relationships and moving prospects through the sales funnel.

5. **Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, production, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and projects.
- Provide feedback from clients and market insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or any related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the packaging or manufacturing industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
