Position Overview:
The Social Media Intern is responsible for managing and optimizing our online fashion retail platform. This role involves overseeing the website's functionality, analyzing online traffic and sales metrics, coordinating with the marketing and merchandising teams, and ensuring an excellent customer shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Website Management:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website.

Ensure website content is up-to-date, accurate, and visually appealing.

Coordinate with the IT team to resolve any technical issues or bugs promptly.

Optimize website performance for speed and user experience.

Sales and Analytics:
Monitor website traffic, sales metrics, and customer behavior using analytics tools.

Identify trends and insights to optimize sales and improve customer engagement.

Implement strategies to increase conversion rates and average order value.

Product Merchandising:
Collaborate with the merchandising team to plan and execute product launches, promotions, and campaigns.

Manage product listings, descriptions, and images to ensure they are compelling and SEO-friendly.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the operations team to ensure product availability.

Marketing and Promotions:
Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Coordinate with external agencies and partners as needed.

Customer Experience:
Monitor customer reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Implement strategies to enhance the online shopping experience, including website navigation, product search functionality, and checkout process.

Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to online orders in a timely and professional manner.

Competitive Analysis:
Research and analyze competitors' e-commerce platforms, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives.

Stay informed about the latest trends in e-commerce and fashion industry to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.

Previous experience in e-commerce, preferably in the fashion industry.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, website analytics tools, and digital marketing channels.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
