Key Responsibilities:

- **Fabric and Trim Evaluation**:Technicians monitor fabric and trim performance, researching and selecting materials that meet quality and performance standards.
- **Technical Specification Management**:They develop and maintain detailed technical specifications, size charts, and fit guidelines for garments.
- **Production Optimization**:Garment Technicians work to optimize production processes, reducing lead times and costs while maintaining quality.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:They liaise with suppliers, customers, designers, and production teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- **Problem-Solving**:They identify and resolve production issues, working with factory staff to implement solutions.
- **Sample Development**:Technicians are involved in creating and approving sample garments, making necessary adjustments and modifications.
- **Technical Training**:They may provide technical training to factory staff on quality standards and production processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
