**Key Responsibilities**:
**Accounting & Bookkeeping**
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations using **Tally Prime**.
- Record and maintain financial transactions accurately.
- Reconcile accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

**Data Entry & Documentation**
- Perform data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Maintain and organize financial records and documents.

**Reporting & Analysis**
- Prepare and analyze financial reports.
- Assist in creating budgets and forecasts.

**Compliance & Coordination**
- Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial processes.

**Skills & Qualifications**:
**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in **Tally Prime** and **Excel** (Advanced functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.

**Eligibility**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred. Freshers with strong skills will also be considered.
