Roles and Responsibilities:
- Accounting entries: Sale Invoice, Purchase Invoice, Bank Entries & Adjustment entries.
- Invoice processing and filing.
- Recording and filing cash transactions.
- Managing files and documentation
- Preparation of monthly P&L Staements and cashflows.
- Coordinating with the statutory auditor/accountant and data preparation.
- Coordinating with the bank for payments and Loans.
Basic Qualifications:
- Any graduate with 1 year of experience in office administration or relevant field.
- Proficiency in Tally is an added advantage
- Basic knowledge of GST, IT and TDS
- Proficiency in MS office is mandatory
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
