**_Job Profile_**:
TERI seeks to recruit a Research Associate/Associate Fellow for its Environment and
Health Area (EHA). The EHA aims to build scientific evidence on the health benefits of environment such as clean air & water. Thus we aim to strengthen the populations
resilience to environmental factors through capacity building of decision-making
systems and behavioral change in the community. The focus areas of the studies are
divided into three broad themes: air pollution and health effects, climate change and
health challenges, and the environment in general.
We are looking for a professional to support and expand our work in the Environment

**_Experience_**:
0 - 2 years

**_Qualification_**:
Essential:

- Masters in Environmental Science/Developmental Studies /Geography/Data Analytics

and related fields
- Excellent writing, communication and statistical skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and is able to assist in contributing to multiple

research proposals and projects

Desirable:

- PhD in Environmental Science/Developmental Studies /Geography/Data Analytics

and related fields
- Having a basic understanding of sustainable development, climate change, and

environmental science
- Understanding of social & policy research and health issues
- Knowledge of GIS and STATA/SPSS will be preferred
- Proven track record of contributing to articles, reports, and research publications

**_Skills_**:

- Understanding of the climate change and health vulnerability assessment, adaptation

and mitigation strategies including key policies, schemes/ programmes and regulations
- Quantitative & qualitative research - knowledge of statistical analysis & inte
