**Job Details**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and ensure product quality throughout all stages of production
- Conduct routine inspections, sampling, and testing of raw materials and finished products
- Maintain and implement quality control procedures and standards
- Identify and report any non-conformities or deviations from quality norms
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to resolve quality issues
- Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards (FSSAI, ISO, etc.)
- Maintain accurate documentation and prepare quality reports
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in quality control/assurance in Dairy or FMCG industry
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Dairy Science, or related field
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and quality systems
- Excellent observation, analytical, and communication skills
- Willingness to relocate to **Jagdalpur, Chhattisgarh**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
