JOB RESPONSIBILITIES o Lead and ensure training, development, implementation, and evaluation of Radiology staff with appropriate in-service education, performance evaluation and quality improvement. o Monitor the status of equipment repairs and preventative maintenance by gathering data on equipment malfunctions and associated down time. o Disseminate and assure compliance of department with institutional policies, procedures, and regulations. o Perform and assist with various radiological examinations like angiographic procedures, CT and MRI Studies etc. and assign daily task to team members. o Participate in the department’s quality assurance and improvement plan to achieve a defined level of quality and standard of patient services. o Control inventories, care for, and purchase supplies regarding areas of responsibility o Maintain knowledge of, observe, and enforce the safety measures in Environment of Care for patient and team members. WORK HOURS Routine work hours shall be from 8AM to 5PM, and Chief Radiographer is expected to create, govern and abide by the Radiographers’ daily rota. However, person must still be available outside regular hours when required - this includes weekends and public holidays. QUALIFICATIONS o Degree in Radiography or its equivalent o Current license in the country of origin and/or location o 5-7 years of hospital experience as Radiographer with minimum of 2 years in supervisory role. o Ability to lead both self and others especially during high traffic of patients. o Highly adaptable with excellent time management skills Skills and Competence Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with colleagues in other specialties and departments. Must be a good team player Excellent written and verbal communication in English, with strong relationship management and customer service skills. Committed and passionate about caring for others. Must be customer centric Strong attention to detail and demonstrated commitment to high professional ethics and standards Passionate about professional development Ability to work efficiently and make quality, lifesaving choices under pressure

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
