*Job Summary:*

*Responsibilities:*
- Lead the design and development of projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and goals
- Develop and maintain project designs, presentations, and documentation
- Conduct site analyses and feasibility studies
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards
- Mentor and guide junior team members

*Requirements:*
- Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
- 3 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills

*Preferred Qualifications:*
- LEED AP or sustainable design experience
- Experience with building information modeling (BIM)
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Strong portfolio showcasing design and project management skills

Pay: ₹12,194.74 - ₹40,000.00 per month
