**Job Overview**:
You’ll work on everything from **SEO and ad campaigns** to **poster design and podcast editing** - a perfect role for someone who loves creative storytelling combined with marketing strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**:Graphic Design**:

- Create visually appealing designs for digital and print platforms
- Design posters, social media creatives, banners, and infographics
- Develop branding materials including logos, business cards, and brochures
- Work with content and marketing teams to translate ideas into visual content

**Video Editing**:

- Edit podcasts, reels, ads, and other short/long-form content
- Use tools like **Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Filmora** (experience in all preferred)
- Add sound effects, transitions, subtitles, and motion graphics
- Optimize videos for social media and ad platforms

**Digital Marketing**:

- SEO management (on-page & off-page optimization)
- Lead generation through organic and paid channels
- Create, manage, and optimize campaigns on **Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads**:

- Run effective **Google Ads** campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Handle full **social media management** (posting, scheduling, growth strategy)
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2+ years of proven work experience** in the same or similar role
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Premiere Pro
- Knowledge of **CapCut** and **Filmora** is a must
- Strong portfolio showcasing both design and video work
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, SEO, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Strong creativity, communication, and team collaboration skills
- Ability to take feedback and improve designs accordingly

**What We Offer**:

- Monthly Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹25,000 (based on experience and skillset)
