Sales Executive

**Client Acquisition & Relationship Management**:
- Generate new business opportunities and establish relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, hotels, and individual customers.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate car rental solutions.
- **Sales Target Achievement**:
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fleet availability, features, and services offered.
- Effectively communicate product information and services to customers.
- **Marketing & Promotions**:
- Develop and implement strategies to promote car rental services and attract new business.
- Assist in creating sales collateral, promotional campaigns, and advertisements.
- **Customer Service**:
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure that customers have a seamless experience from booking to vehicle return.
- **Market Research**:
- Analyze competitor services and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve services and sales strategies.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.
**Key Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales/customer-facing role, preferably in the **car rental** or **automotive** industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for driving sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.
- Basic understanding of the car rental industry, including pricing, rental policies, and vehicle specifications.
- A valid driver’s license is preferred.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in **B2B** and **B2C** sales in a service-driven industry.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and online sales platforms.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
