**Required Skills**:

- Need to organize materials in trucks and on shelves to save time and be efficient.
- Freight handlers need to pay attention to detail and follow safety protocols.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, laws, and company policies.

**Job Responsibility**:

- Identify shipping issues and implement solutions in a timely manner; Create and present reports for upper management.
- Schedule and track inbound and outgoing shipments
- Recruit and train of warehouse personnel
- Ensure materials are delivered to sites in a timely manner as per clients’ criteria
- Negotiate rates with carriers.
- Maintain customer service logs and safety records
