An **Optical Sales Associate** is a key customer-facing role responsible for providing expert advice on eye wear products and delivering outstanding service to customers. They combine product knowledge, customer service skills, and a keen sales acumen to ensure customers receive the best vision solutions and stylish options.

**Key Responsibilities:Customer Service**:

- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to understand their eye wear needs.
- Help customers select frames, lenses, and other optical products based on their prescription, preferences, and budget.
- Ensure customers are informed about the features and benefits of different eye wear products.
- Assist customers in fitting and adjusting frames for maximum comfort and functionality.

**Sales and Product Knowledge**:

- Promote and sell eye wear products, including frames, lenses, contact lenses, and accessories.
- Explain the advantages of various lens types, coatings, and add-ons (e.g., anti-glare, blue light filters).
- Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Stay informed about the latest eye wear trends, technologies, and product lines.

**Operational Duties**:

- Maintain an organized and visually appealing display of products.
- Manage inventory and assist in stock replenishment.
- Process transactions, handle payments, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Keep the store clean, tidy, and welcoming for customers.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints with professionalism.
- Follow up with customers on orders, adjustments, or future needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
