**Experience**: 4 - 5 Years

**Salary **:35K CTC

**Qualification**: ITI Fitter

Should have years of hands-on experience with jigs & Fixtures, assembly

of SPM, and knowledge of manufacturing machines and tools.

**Die Fitter Skills and Responsibility**:

- Sheet Metal Die Development / Maintenance.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, design schematics, and CAD

drawings.
- Designing templates as work aids in the fabrication of parts.
- Filling, grinding, and shimming metals to ensure a smooth finish
- Measuring and marking metal stock for machining.
- Study of assembly drawings for new development
- Preparing breakdown reports for preventive maintenance.
- Check carefully for Burrs, Sharp edges, and Bulging of edges before.
- Able to read and understand the assembly drawings and their

geometric symbols to understand the functionality of machine

arrangement or fixture-appropriate fitting.
- Fitting the machine components based on assembly or subassembly

drawings provided.
- Able to troubleshoot fitting issues and come up with SPM or assembly.
- Able to do hand filing, lapping, Tapping, Helicoil use, and Drilling.
- Measuring dimensions with the use of a Micrometer and Vernier

Caliper
- Use the Feeler gauge, and thread gauge, and try square and Pin

gauges.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
