**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage detailed timetables and schedules using advanced Excel functions.
- Utilize Excel formulas to automate and streamline processes.
- Assist with market research and data analysis to support marketing initiatives.
- Help create reports and presentations using Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to marketing activities, event planning, and scheduling.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize and participate in educational events and promotions.
- Ensure data accuracy and organization for all scheduling and marketing tasks.
- Support the institution’s marketing team in organizing educational fairs and outreach activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduation is required; a degree in computer science, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Excel, with a strong understanding of formulas, functions, and data analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with digital tools and technology.
- Presentable and professional appearance.
- Knowledge of social media and online research is a plus.
- Must be willing to travel when needed for marketing-related tasks.
