**Roles & Responsibilities**:
As an IELTS Faculty member at Future Link Consultants, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality coaching services and contributing to the growth and success of our coaching division. Here's a detailed breakdown of your roles and responsibilities:
**1. Service Expansion**:

- Increase the scale and scope of our services, focusing on coaching (Direct) and indirectly contributing to student visa and PR services.

**2. Teaching Responsibilities**:

- Instruct students and professionals in IELTS, Duolingo, PTE, and TOEFL.
- Keep abreast of the latest pedagogical techniques and content developments for all courses.
- Ensure that students exclusively pursue coaching services through FLC.

**3. Counselling**:

- Handle counseling for walk-ins, providing information about our coaching products when required.

**4. Content Preparation**:

- Prepare content for all courses (IELTS, PTE, and TOEFL) under the guidance of the management or Reporting Manager.

**5. Lesson Planning**:

- Develop comprehensive lesson plans for Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing (LSRW) components for all courses.

**6. Marketing Events and Promotions**:

- Plan marketing events and promotions for the coaching division in coordination with the marketing department.

**7. Surveys and Feedback**:

- Conduct periodic surveys to gather feedback from students and counsellors, ensuring continuous improvement in coaching services.

**8. Collaboration and Meetings**:

- Participate in weekly meetings with other faculties, providing reviews, suggesting changes, and contributing to the overall development and benefit of FLC.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree is a mandatory requirement.
- Minimum up to 3 years of experience in IELTS or similar responsibilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
