**Job Summary**

We are seeking to hire a full time Counsellor for team members stationed at our chain of cafes named NutrioBox. Our primary focus would be to counsel & mentor team members belonging to North Eastern states primarily Nagaland & Manipur, however the role in general would encompass the overall counselling of all team members.

**Key Responsibilities**

The Counsellor will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between the management and ground level team member, promoting overall their individual growth, establishing mental well-being, addressing any work environment challenges, and fostering a positive work environment. Let’s take a deep dive on all aspects:
Individual Counselling: Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with team members to address their daily concerns and formulate a roadmap for their positive growth.

Group Counselling: Facilitate group counselling sessions to provide a supportive and inclusive environment for team members to connect with peers and build a sense of community as well as foresee successful execution of future brand strategies

Collaboration: Work closely with management, HR teams, and other stakeholders to identify and address potential team concerns and implement preventive measures and promote a supportive work culture

Documentation: Maintain accurate and confidential records of counselling sessions, interventions, and progress

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in Manipur & Nagaland native languages
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build rapport, establish trust, and create a safe and a supportive working environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Prior experience in Counselling would be appreciated but it’s not a selection criteria

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
